Starting Day

I have always had a love for fashion! From an early age I have been obsessed with beautiful clothes, accessories, shoes or anything that I could grab and play dress up in.. My mothers wardrobe and make up became my castle chamber and I was the lucky princess who got to wear everything. As I grew up I started to realize that I had a real knack for finding bargains to help me stay up to date on trends. I learned how to do make up and soon began to make somewhat of a name for myself amongst my friends. Soon my phone was more popular than wall street on Monday morning with all my friends asking me what they should wear to school that day.. This is when I knew I wanted to do something with my life that involved working in the fashion industry.

Now that I am all grown up and pursing my degree in Fashion Merchandising I realized that although I know how to stay on top of trends, I can make all sorts of garments, and am suited to work in the industry, I don't know fashion brands or who's who in the Industry. The more I thought about this I decided that if I felt like this than I'm sure that there are other's out there who love fashion as much as I do but can feel totally lost and don't know where to start. I am going to take a journey that will help me explore fashion brands, how to stay on top of trends, learn about important fashion history, and who's who in the industry. I want to share this new knowledge with others and supply them with websites, biographies, books, magazines and anything else I can get my hands on.

I hope that this blog will help inspire other's like myself to keep pursuing their passion for fashion and make it a point to always look great!
